I didn't have to wait to get into the lounge, which felt premium as soon as I walked in. Rachel DubeCathay Pacific has two lounges for first-class fliers in this airport — The Wing and The Pier — but the latter was closest to me, so I chose to visit it during my travels. According to Cathay Pacific's website, the lounge is available from 5:30 a.m. to 12:30 a.m. daily. To enter the lounge, I scanned my boarding pass at the check-in station. LONDON, Ontario (AP) — Authorities scheduled a news conference for Monday to discuss a 2018 case that has led to sexual assault charges against four current NHL players and a former NHL player, all of whom were on Canada's world junior hockey team that year. McLeod is facing an additional charge of being a party to the offense of sexual assault. A woman sued Hockey Canada in 2022, alleging she was sexually assaulted in a hotel room by eight members of Canada’s world junior team after a fundraising gala in London in June 2018. Hockey Canada settled the lawsuit, and then an investigation revealed the organization had two secret slush funds to pay out settlements on claims of sexual assault and abuse. He said the NHL interviewed every player from that team, adding the woman involved declined to take part in the investigation.

Now I know the winter season is the best time to visit, mostly because of the pleasant weather. Summer in Dubai is supposedly brutal so visiting during the winter season is the move. When I went in January 2022, the temperature ranged from 75 to 80 degrees Fahrenheit without any humidity. The temperature was also perfect when I stayed in the city and went to the desert. There was a slight breeze by the sea and marina, but nothing that required a jacket during the day.

Leading the polls is Javier Milei, a libertarian economist and outsider who has tapped into voter anger at the political establishment with pledges to dismantle what he derides as Argentina’s “political caste.” He has promised to close ministries as part of his plan to slash public spending and replace the peso currency with the dollar to bring 138% inflation to heel in Latin America’s third-biggest economy.
